Looks like former BHS star Robert Swift of the NBA has donned Boston “Celtic Green.”
According to the CelticBlog.com the Celtics added free agent center Robert Swift to their roster. The former Oklahoma City/Seattle seven-footer, who joined the league straight out of high school, has always intrigued Danny Ainge of the Celtics organization, according to the site.
ABC23 reported that the lanky free agent center has been added to Boston’s summer league team which competes in Orlando’s tournament beginning on Monday.
Swift hopes to land with the Celtics after spending his first five seasons in the NBA with the Seattle turned Oklahoma City franchise. Playing summer ball does not guarantee Swift a spot on the Celtics roster, the TV station said.
The former BHS and Garces star has been hampered by injuries over the past three years.
